Who’s behind The Agency?
It's me! Regina Martin, Visibility Strategist and founder of The Agency.
I’ve spent nearly two decades working in digital strategy, design, and user experience, primarily in complex, high-stakes environments where clarity, accessibility, and performance actually matter.
Before building The Agency, I led and delivered digital projects across the charity, public, and corporate sectors, collaborating with organisations including the BBC, Barclays, British Gas, and HMRC (to name but a few).
That work taught me something most online spaces don’t talk about:
A website isn’t a creative project.
It’s an operational one.
When it’s built well, it supports growth.
When it isn’t, it quietly blocks it.
