What do I get when I order?

You’ll receive:

• A fully installed trial site inside your Squarespace account
• Royalty-free placeholder imagery (yours to keep or replace)
• Step-by-step video walkthroughs showing you how to customise your site

Will you show me how to use Squarespace?

Yes. Every template includes clear video guides showing you how to edit pages, update content, and customise your design. The templates are built to be user-friendly, even if you’re not “techy”. You’ll be supported through each step.

Do I need to pay for Squarespace?

Yes. Your template will be delivered as a Squarespace trial site, but you’ll need an active Squarespace subscription to publish your website. All templates are compatible with the Business Plan and above. If you choose annual billing, you’ll receive 20% off your Squarespace subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Because this is a digital product, all template purchases are non-refundable. If you experience any issues or need support, please email support@theconfidencehealer.com and we’ll help you.

Can I add this template to my existing Squarespace website?

No. Templates are installed as a new website, not applied to an existing one. Once your new site is ready, you can transfer your domain and close your old site. If you need help with this, we’ll talk you through it.

Can I add my own branding?

Absolutely. All templates are fully customisable. You can update:

• Colours
• Fonts
• Images
• Content

You’ll be shown exactly how to do this in the video guides.

Can I add a shop to my template?

Yes. Some templates are designed specifically for e-commerce, but shops can be added to all templates using Squarespace’s built-in tools.

Can I add a blog to my template?

Yes. All Squarespace websites support blogging, and your template is fully compatible.

How do I buy a template?

Choose the template that fits your business, add it to your cart, and complete checkout through the shop. Simple. Secure. Ready when you are.
